We're based at 9133 Frink Rd in Larkspur, right in the middle of the ground we work. The Palmer Divide is real fire country: dense scrub oak, crowded ponderosa, and a wind that can turn a spark into a headline. We're not a franchise that drove in for the season. We know which slopes above Sedalia hold fuel, how fast oak comes back in Castle Pines, and what a Larkspur ridge looks like the day after a red-flag warning.

The operator is the crew

When you call, you talk to the person who walks your land and runs the machine on it. There's no sales layer quoting one thing and a subcontractor doing another. Our staff is fully trained on the equipment and on reading a property for fire risk, so the plan you get is the plan that gets done. That's how the numbers stay honest and the healthy trees you wanted to keep are still standing at the end of the day.

What we believe about mitigation

Mitigation is not a one-time thing, and we'll tell you that up front even though it's not the easy sell. We'd rather set honest expectations and a maintenance rhythm than promise a permanent fix that doesn't exist. We also point customers toward county cost-share and grant money whenever it applies, because keeping this whole region from burning is bigger than any one invoice.
